Things like Topographical Surveys and knowing the best place to locate the Detention Pond to take advantage of the Natural Drainage flow maps of the property. Having geotechnical reports done so that we provide the correct foundation systems in the planning phase and properly budget for the correct scope of work to be done helping to minimize the Surprises mid-stream of the project. Proper Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design work aids in reducing the what if's and verifying the planning phase is done right from the start, and the proper size equipment is called for and budgeted for.

Following local code compliance is key to your projects success! Verifying the property with Local GIS maps to know what is below the surface that could delay or derail the project is a huge key to success!
